Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately at this current time we do not ship outside of the United Kingdom; – England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

My item arrived damaged, what shall I do?
In the unlikely event that our product arrives to you damaged or faulty, you must notify us within twenty-four hours of delivery by sending an email to info@mptreatmentuk.co.uk In the email you must include a copy of the original receipt, photographs of the damaged product, in addition to a short explanation of what you found damaged or faulty, if the damage of fault is not obvious in the photographic evidence provided.
If it appears that the product may have been damaged in transit please send us photos to info@mptreatmentuk.co.uk of any damaged packaging before removing the product from its packaging.

Returns Policy
