TITAN BOND, brand new mastic based on epoxyacrylate resins, has been studied and developed to glue and laminate marbles, natural stones (quartz, travertine etc.), synthetic stones, traditional ceramics and technical ceramics (for example: detkton, lapitek). The main features that differentiate it from other widely used mastics are: wide range of use, excellent adhesion on surfaces, quick drying and excellent resistance to yellowing. One of its peculiarities is the colour change when adding the hardener and then returning to the original colour after catalysis. Ideal for indoor use.
Advantages:
- Versatility: Titan Bond stands out with its wide range of applications, accommodating various materials such as marble, natural stones (quartz, travertine, etc.), synthetic stones, and traditional ceramics & technical ceramics (e.g., Dekton, Lapitek, etc.).
- Rapid Adhesion: Experience ultra-strong and rapid adhesion within a short timeframe, ensuring efficient and quick bonding, even in challenging temperature conditions.
- Resistance to Yellowing: Titan Bond maintains its clarity over time, exhibiting excellent resistance to yellowing compared to other mass-market mastics.
- Colour Indicator: Witness a distinctive colour change during the addition of the catalyst, reverting to the original colour post-catalysis. This unique feature facilitates precise application.
- Smooth Finish:Â Once hardened, Titan Bond presents a smooth, shiny surface, providing outstanding stability and polishability for a pristine finish.
- Ideal for Indoor Use:Â Tailored for indoor applications, Titan Bond is the adhesive solution of choice for projects involving marble, natural stones, synthetic stones, and various ceramics.
Choose Titan Bond for unmatched performance, reliability, and a flawless finish in your bonding applications.
Applications:Â
Marble, natural stones (quartz, travertine, etc.), synthetic stones, and traditional ceramics & technical ceramics (e.g., Dekton, Lapitek, etc.).
Use & Instructions:
Apply the product on a clean, dry and dust-free surface. Take the necessary amount of mastic from the container, add 13% of hardener in paste, mix vigorously and proceed with use. We suggest to use maximum the 2% ratio of hardener in order to maintain the colour to be the most neutral as possible. Never put mixed mastic with the catalyst that has not been used back in the container. If it is necessary, to correct the colour of the mastic, use colouring pastes for polyester or metal oxides by adding the colour before the catalyst.
ATTENTION: an excess of colouring paste or powder pigments could alter the final characteristics of the mastic. Close the container tightly after use and store the mastic and catalyst in the original containers, away from light and sun.
What’s Included:
One hardener is included with every Titan Bond purchased.
