Refund Policy

If you require a refund for your purchase placed online or via an invoice, please contact info@mptreatmentuk.co.uk within 72 hours of receipt of the order in order to open the return requests process.

Products may be returned up to 7 days from the date of delivery, providing you can provide a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase and that the item is in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@mptreatmentuk.co.uk. If your return is accepted. All items being returned by customers shall be at the customer’s own cost and no refund can be claimed for carriage unless the product is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, whereupon your statutory rights to a refund or exchange are unaffected.

After 7 days from the purchase date, we do not accept anyĀ returned goods or provide refunds.

Returns

When returning one of our products back to us, customers must retain the proof of postage certificate from the courier chosen to return the item back to us. The proof of postage certificate must include a tracking number relevant to the parcel being returned to us. Once the parcel is received back in our warehouse the product will be inspected and a refund will be made within three to five normal working days, provided that the item has not been used or damaged by you.

When returning an item for exchange or refund, customers must ensure that they pay for adequate insurance for the parcel, equivalent in value to the cost of the items contained therein. Failure to do so will result in the customer remaining liable for the parcel should it be lost in transit during the return to us.

Damages and issues

In the unlikely event that our product arrives to you damaged or faulty, you must notify us within twenty-four hours of delivery by sending an email to info@mptreatmentuk.co.uk In the email you must include a copy of the original receipt, photographs of the damaged product, in addition to a short explanation of what you found damaged or faulty if the damage of fault is not obvious in the photographic evidence provided.

If it appears that the product may have been damaged in transit please send us photos to info@mptreatmentuk.co.uk of any damaged packaging before removing the product from its packaging.

Returns of incorrectly supplied products should also be notified to us within twenty-four hours of delivery.

Provided that you have notified us within the relevant time periods we will provide you with the option of either a refund or replacement. Refunds or replacements claimed outside of the relevant time period will be at our sole discretion.

The cost of collection and return of faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products from you shall be met by us.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
