The following sections will provide you with the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1.0 Domestic Shipping Policy

1.1 All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2.0 International Shipping Policy

2.1 Unfortunately at this current time we do not ship outside of the United Kingdom; – England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

3.0 Damaged, Incorrect Product Sent and Failed-Deliveries

3.1 In the unlikely event that our product arrives to you damaged or faulty, you must notify us within twenty-four hours of delivery by sending an email to info@mptreatmentuk.co.uk In the email you must include a copy of the original receipt, photographs of the damaged product, in addition to a short explanation of what you found damaged or faulty, if the damage of fault is not obvious in the photographic evidence provided.

3.2 If it appears that the product may have been damaged in transit please send us photos to info@mptreatmentuk.co.uk of any damaged packaging before removing the product from its packaging.

3.3 Returns of incorrectly supplied products should also be notified to us within twenty-four hours of delivery.

3.4 Provided that you have notified us within the relevant time periods we will provide you with the option of either a refund or replacement. Refunds or replacements claimed outside of the relevant time period will be at our sole discretion.

3.5 The cost of collection and return of faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products from you shall be met by us.

3.6 Where faulty goods are returned to us for replacement, we reserve the right to credit or refund the price instead of replacing the product. Your statutory rights are not affected.

3.7 You must notify us in writing of a non-delivery within 2 working days of the scheduled delivery date. We will then give you the option of a credit or a further delivery of the missing product. If you do not notify us within the stated time limit, we shall not be liable for the non-delivery.
