MGP 30 – Acid based cleaner for building site dirt

MGP 30 is a solvent-free acid cleaner for saltpetre, cement, grout, glue residues and persistent dirt. MGP 30 eliminates most cement or glue residues. MGP 30 is therefore a valid ally where a deep and not ordinary cleaning is needed. Use on polished or half-polished materials can result in loss of gloss. For this reason, it can also be used to remove the polished finish when modifying the finish is required. Suitable for floors and walls of marble, granite, ceramic, natural stone. Use with appropriate PPE. It does not oxidise or cause yellowing.

Coverage:

One litre can treat up to approx. 10-50 m2.

Application Method:

CONCENTRATED PRODUCT.

Dilutions:

Light dirt: 1 litre MGP 30 in 8/10 litres of water.

Persistent dirt: 1 litre MGP 30 in 4/5 litres of water

Make the surface wet and pour the solution onto it. Allow to act 5 minutes or less, depending on the absorption (the surface must be abundantly wet), rub with a floor brush, manual brushes, abrasive sponges, or cleaning machine to detach the residues from the surface, suck up with a wet vacuum cleaner and rinse out with water to eliminate residues of product and dirt. Repeat the process if needed. Do not allow MGP 30 to dry on the surface. In case of vertical cladding clean quickly to avoid dripping traces of the product.
